Workplace Investigations

Workplace investigations are an important part of both HR and Health and Safety in the workplace. A systematic and professional approach is key to ensuring the investigation is robust, thorough and fair in its approach

Workplace investigations: objective and fair

Workplace Harassment & Bullying

Investigations in the workplace concerning employee behaviors or actions can be difficult, so it’s important they are objective and fair. Often, having an independent company such as PMG undertake the investigation can take the heat out of situations, and remove suspicions of bias or favoritism.

Areas we can cover include:

  • Bullying in the workplace
  • Breaches of policy and procedures
  • Workplace discrimination
  • Employee misconduct
  • Workplace Violence & Harassment Investigations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act and other legislation

Workplace Injury Investigation

When an injury happens in the workplace, it is important to have an objective, fair and unbiased investigation into why this injury occurred and how it can be prevented from happening in the future. The team at PMG will come in and do a full investigation into the causes of the accident and injury and recommend changes that need to be made in order to prevent the same type of injuries in the future.
