Cheryl DeCooman has uncovered a significant trend in
Human Resource management in Oxford County. As President of People
Management Group Inc., she has worked as a Human Resources advisor to
companies of all sizes and in all types of industries. It has become clear
to her that companies are increasingly recognizing the strategic
significance of Integrated Human Resources.
“I've spent a lot of time talking to business leaders and human resource
professionals throughout Oxford County,” says DeCooman. “More and more
